Delivery & Returns

Deliveries

1. Following confirmed payment, orders will normally be dispatched same day or within 24 hours by the selected method. Our preferred method is Standard Parcel Post [Post Office] which is normally 3 to 5 working days. Special requests for Express or recorded can be accepted but these will be at additional cost.
2. All prices shown are for UK Mainland deliveries only.
3. All deliveries from Simply Stylish Home Accessories are recorded. Your parcel will need to be signed for, so please make sure that someone is available. We are unable to bear the cost of non-delivered parcels, so you may have to incur an additional charge for your order to be re-delivered.
4. The product(s) will be delivered to the address requested, which must be the Credit Card Holders registered address. Please show all details clearly to avoid any delivery problems.
5. We can not be held liable for late or wrong deliveries, as we are dependant on the Postal System.

Returns

1. Simply Stylish Home Accessories have a no Quibble Guarantee. We source our products from reputable manufacturers and suppliers and we inspect in house 100% prior to dispatch to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
2. For any return, please advise in writing, by email to sales@simplystylishhomeaccessories.co.uk,confirming all details including reason for return. Returns are accepted for Manufacturing defects and Transport Damage. We will advise you of returns address and procedure by return.
3. In the event that you have to make a return to us we request that you do so within 7 days of the original order being dispatched. It must be in it’s original packaging. A refund or replacement will then be issued.
4. Original postage will be refunded, however return postage will not be refunded. We will send out any replacement at no additional postage cost.
